Daniela Melendrez

Legal Assistant

Daniela is a dedicated legal assistant with over 10 years of experience specializing in Estate Planning, Business Formation, and Business Governance. She joined Greengard Law Firm PLC since its opening in 2023 and works primarily with Sean in assisting clients with the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, trusts, and other estate planning documents. In addition to estate planning, Daniela also assists our clients with the formation of entities and business-related documents. 

 

Prior to joining Greengard Law Firm PLC, Daniela worked at The Forakis Law Firm, PLC for 13 years, where she began working as a receptionist and worked her way up to Senior Legal Assistant. She also worked with Sean while they were both working at The Forakis Law Firm, PLC. Daniela then transitioned to Heritage Family Offices LLP one year after Sean joined the family office, where she continued working closely with Sean in assisting clients with their legal and business needs.

Outside of work, Daniela enjoys being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and making new memories while traveling with her husband and their four daughters.
